Returns and Refunds Policy
Hi everyone, Firoz here from FM Embroidery! We put our heart and soul into creating every garment, and we want you to absolutely adore your purchase. But sometimes, things don't work out as planned, and that's okay! Here's our policy on returns and refunds, designed to be as fair and easy as possible:
Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns within 1 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging1 with all tags attached
Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including:
Custom-made or personalized orders (since they're made just for you!)
Items marked as "Final Sale"
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or improper care
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: If you'd like to return an item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can email us at help@firozclothings.shop or call us at +919557659086. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Once we approve your return request, we'll provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to make sure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Approval/Rejection: We'll notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your2 bank or card issuer.
Refund Amount: We'll refund the full purchase price of the item, excluding the original shipping cost (if any).
Exchanges
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the best way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at help@firozclothings.shop or +919557659086. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
